The hotel is conveniently located just 50 meters from the beach, providing a tranquil and beautiful atmosphere. The service was attentive and fast, meeting expectations set by the General Manager. However, the location is in the bustling tourist hub of Ayia Napa, which can be quite crowded. The dining experience was good, especially with plenty of options for buffet food, although there were some inconsistencies in the quality. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a lovely view of the new hotel next door and a distant view of the sea from the front row bungalows. However, I was disappointed not to have a garden view as all the rooms were just double rooms.
The hotel is located in the beautiful Nissi Bay, offering stunning views of the beach and sea. The service was exceptional with friendly staff always ready to assist, while the dining experience provided a nice variety of food options. However, the rooms towards the street need renovation. The location is fantastic, offering plenty of amenities nearby, and being close to the airport. The facilities were modern and satisfying.
